Start up
Before starting the grinding mill, check whether all the access doors are closed tightly, check whether the jaw plate gap of the jaw crusher conforms to the feed particle size, and adjust the speed of the analyzer to meet the requirements of approximate finished product particle size. Finally, start the machine in the following sequence:
1. Start the bucket elevator;
2. Start the jaw crusher;
3. Start the analyzer when there are materials in the silo;
4. Start the blower (Start with no load and load it after normal operation);
5. Start the Raymond grinding mill and immediately start the electromagnetic vibration feeder upon starting the machine. At this time, the Raymond mill starts to work.
The simple starting sequence is as follows: elevator → crusher → analyzer → blower→ host → feeder.
Shutdown
When the Raymond mill is shut down, each machine should be shut down in the following order:
1. Turn off the feeder first and stop feeding;
2. Stop the host in about one minute;
3. Stop the blower after blowing out the remaining powder;
4. Finally, shut down the analyzer.
Attention:
During normal operation of Raymond mill, it is not allowed to add lubrication oil arbitrarily. If any abnormal noise or sudden increase in load occurs in any part of the grinding mill, it should be immediately stopped for inspection and troubleshooting to avoid major accidents. When start up the machine again, it is necessary to remove the remaining materials from the mill, otherwise the current will be too high during startup.
During the use of the Raymond mill, there should be fixed personnel responsible for monitoring it, and the operators must have certain level of technical proficiency. Before installation of the grinding mill, necessary technical training must be provided to the operators to understand the principle and performance of the Raymond mill and familiarize them with the operating procedures.
To ensure the normal operation of the Raymond mill, "Equipment Maintenance Safety Operation System" should be established to ensure the long-term safe operation of the grinding mill. At the same time, necessary maintenance tools, lubricating grease or oil, and corresponding accessories should be provided.
After using the Raymond grinding mill for a period of time, maintenance should be carried out, and vulnerable parts such as the grinding roller, grinding ring and blade should be repaired and replaced. The connecting bolts and nuts of the grinding roller device should be carefully inspected before and after use to see if there is any looseness and if the lubricating oil is sufficient.
The grinding roller device needs to be replaced when it has been used for more than 500 hours. When replace the grinding roller, each rolling bearing in the roller sleeve must be cleaned, and the worn parts should be replaced in time. The refueling tools can be a manual refueling pump and a grease gun.
Bearings are lubricated with No. 1 MOS2 grease or ZN-2 sodium soap grease.
Add oil to the grinding roller bearings every shift, add oil to the center bearing of the main machine every 4 shifts, and add oil to the blower bearings every month.
The maximum temperature rise in the bearing chamber should not exceed 70 ℃. If the bearing is found to be overheated, the bearing and its accessories should be removed and cleaned.
