Qualified materials screened through the crushing process are uniformly and quantitatively conveyed to the main mill chamber by a variable-frequency belt feeder for grinding operations. The ground materials are then transported to the classifier by the air flow of the fan for powder particle size classification. During the classification process, materials that fail to meet the fineness standard fall back into the mill chamber for regrinding, while qualified powder is carried by the air flow through pipelines into the cyclone powder collector to complete gas-solid separation and powder collection.
The collected powder is discharged through the discharge mechanism as the final finished powder. The separated air flow returns to the fan through the air return pipe at the top of the cyclone powder collector, forming a closed-loop air circulation system. The entire equipment operates in a negative pressure mode and is equipped with a pulse dust collector, with all emission indicators meeting the requirements of national environmental protection specifications.
